مزرعة خيول بيل جيتس بـ 18 مليون دولار

ذكرت تقارير وول ستريت جورنال أن الملياردير بيل غيتس اشترى مزرعة للخيول تمتد على مساحة 228 فدان في رانشو سانتا في كاليفورنيا ، و وِفقا لسجلات الملكية فقد كلفته 18 مليون دولار.
المزرعة كانت ملكا لخبيرة التغدية و الرشاقة جيني كريغ و قد كانت مُدرجة في سوق العقار للبيع ب30 مليون دولار ثم انخفض الثمن إلى 25 مليون دولار ليحصل عليها غيتس مقابل 18 مليون دولار أخيرا .
المزرعة المعروفة باسم Paseana تقع على بعد حوالي 20 دقيقة إلى الشمال من سان دييغو، في واد في رانشو سانتي الحديد، كاليفورنيا، و توجد على بعد حوالي 6 أميال من المحيط الهادئ،وتشمل مضمار السباق، ودار الضيافة، و مكتب الطبيب البيطري و جناح، و بستان، وخمس حظائر ، ومراع واسعة مفتوحة، والكثير من أشجار النخيل .
يُذكر أن لبيل غيتس ابنة تُدعى جنيفير تشارك بانتظام في مسابقات الفروسية، وتمتلك العائلة أيضا مزرعة أخرى للخيول في ويلينغتون، فلوريدا.
