المقادير:
فنجان قهوة سكر / 2 ملعقة اكل خميره فوريه / 2 كاس ماء دافي /ذرة ملح / 2 كاس دقيق.
الطريقه:
تخلط هذه المقادير مع بعض وتترك لمدة 10 دقائق
بعدالعشر دقائق يضاف لها
3 كاسات دقيق /نصف كاس زيت.
وتعجن جيدا وتستخدم حسب الشكل المرغوب

1 فلفل رومي متوسط مقطع قطع صغيرة
2 طماطم متوسطة مفرومة في آله البصل

الطريقة

نضع البصل و الفلفل الرومي على النار مع قليل من الزيت حتى يذبل ثم نضع الطماطم ونتركة حتى ( يتسبك )
نضع عليه السماق و الملح والفلفل والباربيكو و نتركة لمدة دقيقة ثم نرفعة من النار
نضع عليه البطاطس المهروسة و نحركة بالملعقة حتى تندمج المقادير مع بعضها
