Contracting companies must ensure that medical insurance covers the employee and his family if single or married
Company should give employee week end leave, whatever the reasons and that the employee has the right to split his annual vacation as it needs
There is a right of the employee is known around the world, namely the rights of end-of-service employee will of course lose that right, When termination the contract of contracting company with Aramco, the employee will be transferred to another contracting company thus lost rights indemnities.
