Our demands from Contracting Companies and Saudi Aramco



Saudi Aramco must be to protect employees of contracting companies by putting penalty clauses in the contract with the contracting companies if those companies had to trespass on the rights of workers, as well as follow-up to find everything from the problems between the worker and the contracting company

Saudi Aramco must be to add contractors employees to schedules of development and training as is the case with officials employees

Saudi Aramco must be provide to contractors employees ID cards similar to ID cards of their employees and the difference must be between ID cards employees and contractors in Badge No. as we know

Saudi Aramco must make a priority of employment to contractors employee

Contracting companies must ensure that medical insurance covers the employee and his family if single or married

Company should give employee week end leave, whatever the reasons and that the employee has the right to split his annual vacation as it needs

There is a right of the employee is known around the world, namely the rights of end-of-service employee will of course lose that right, When termination the contract of contracting company with Aramco, the employee will be transferred to another contracting company thus lost rights indemnities. We want to know how to maintain our rights through these contracts
